![]() The only alternative to this is if the Host closes the lobby before you can join, in which case a message is displayed saying so. You will proceed to the mission results screen as if you participated and then join the lobby with everyone who just finished. However, if you hang around and wait eventually the mission clear SFX will play and the countdown. You cannot see the game, and you don't know before you join whether the players have started yet. What is actually happening is that you're attempting to join a game in progress. You just gotta find one that works.ģrd Online Bug: When actually joining a lobby and not getting the error message, a loading screen will pop up saying "Arsenal on Standby" that people believe to be an infinite load screen. ![]() Anyway, most but not all lobbies will tell you this when you attempt to join one. ![]() Anyone I've played with has been on Epic and not Steam, so that's my theory. It may have to do with the host of said lobby being on Steam vs Epic, I can't confirm this. There's no fix for this that I'm aware of. If you can't get past this bug, I can't help.Ģnd Online Bug: If you can browse lobbies in either of the terminals, you will probably get a message attempting to click on any saying "error joining lobby" or some such. It may not even fix the issue I'm referring to. If you don't see it, it may already be installed. I installed it as described and online works for me (mostly). Some people have confirmed downloading it solved this issue. Once you click to install, it disappears. The first option should be a clickable box that says download Epic Online Support or some such. ![]() The install is found by going to Epic Game, Profile in the top right corner, settings. This may or may not stem from an Epic Games Online installation. They go to any terminal and it says "Connection message, try again later" before they can even browse any lobby lists. It does work, HOWEVER it is still subject to the many online bugs Epic Games has (and Steam to a lesser extent too).ġst Online Bug: Some people straight up can't use online features with Epic. You can in fact play online, co-op and exploration on Epic Games Client which is running through steam for controller support. Short answer: This is bad information floating around. ![]()
